UPDATED GUIDELINES FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19) IN THE PROVINCE OF TARLAC

All restrictions in the Province of Tarlac, including LIQUOR BAN, are extended until May 15, 2021 per Provincial IATF Resolution No. 04, Series of 2021.

UPDATED GUIDELINES FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19) IN THE PROVINCE OF TARLAC
1. All LCEs of the Province of Tarlac are mandated to be stricter in guarding Inter-Provincial Border Control Points
2. Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APORs) from the “NCR-Plus” areas (Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal) shall be required to present a negative Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) or Antigen Swab test result taken within seventy-two (72) hours prior to the entry in the territorial jurisdiction of the Province of Tarlac;
3. All essential travels shall comply with the requirements of the Provincial Government of Tarlac Travel Pass (www.pgtravelpass.com) and the Movement Activity Tracker Application (www.mata.wah.ph) as the primary contact tracing system;
4. Daily curfew hours from 9:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. of the next day shall be EXTENDED until May 15, 2021;
5. The implementation of the liquor ban shall likewise be EXTENDED to May 15, 2021 in accordance with Provincial Ordinance No. 007-2020;
6. Any person below eighteen (18) years old and above sixty (60) years old, those with immunodeficiency, comorbidity, or other health risks, and pregnant women, including any persons who reside with the aforementioned, shall be required to remain in their residences at all times.
7. All updated Resolutions of the IATF for the management of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), imposing additional restriction measures, specifically the Interim Guidelines on Workplace Prevention and Control of COVID-19 jointly issued by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) shall also be put in place and implemented within the Province;
8. All updated Resolutions of the IATF for the management of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), imposing additional restriction measures, in relation to mass gatherings including the following but not limited to meetings, religious gatherings, venue and capacity of dine-in restaurants and other food chains, operations of schools and libraries, shall be strictly followed; and
9. Minimum health standards such as wearing of face mask (surgical, KN95, N95, N88, or any similar face masks that are waterproof), washing of hands, wearing of face shield, and social distancing shall continue to be observed strictly.
