TRAINING ON COACHING FOR EXCELLENCE
The Local Government Unit of Anao continues to invest in stronger leadership and better public service through the Training on Coaching for Excellence, attended by the municipality’s Department Heads and Heads of Offices.
The training was facilitated by Dir. Maria Cristina R. Gonzales, Director II of the CSC Tarlac Field Office, who shared valuable insights on effective coaching, leadership, and helping teams reach their full potential.
