Tarlac Provincial Blood Council Awarding Ceremonies

In behalf of the Municipality of ANAO Mayor Betty B. Lacbayan received the Hall of Fame Award from the Tarlac Blood Council for its consistency and unconditional support for the Promotion of Voluntary Blood Donation and the Diploma of Service from the Philippine National RedCross during the Awarding Ceremony of the Tarlac Blood Council August 10, 2017.

Congratulations also to Mr. Nick V. Salazar for his support in the promotion of Voluntary Blood Donation Program and for donating a minimum of one (1) gallon of his blood to the Red Cross Blood Services.
