STATE OF THE MUNICIPALITY ADDRESS 2026

The Municipality of Anao marked another significant milestone as Mayor Gian Pierre O. De Dios delivered his State of the Municipality Address (SOMA), presenting the accomplishments, milestones, and continued progress achieved through the collective efforts of the local government and the people of Anao.

In his address, Mayor De Dios highlighted the municipality’s remarkable achievements across various sectors, emphasizing the administration’s commitment to responsive governance, sustainable development, improved public services, infrastructure development, agricultural advancement, social welfare, education, health, disaster preparedness, and economic growth. He also outlined the administration’s vision and future plans to further strengthen programs that will uplift the lives of every Anaoeño.

Meanwhile, Vice Mayor Concepcion C. Almazan, PhD, presented the accomplishments of the Sangguniang Bayan, highlighting the ordinances, resolutions, and legislative measures enacted to promote good governance, public welfare, peace and order, environmental protection, and local development. Her report underscored the vital role of the legislative body in crafting policies and programs that support the municipality’s continued growth and ensure that the needs of the community are addressed through effective legislation.
