NEW REQUIREMENTS at Border Check Points SCTEX and TPLEX entry and exit points

For residents of Tarlac City and other Tarlac municipalities (including those working outside Tarlac City and other Tarlac municipalities)

– Any valid government-issued ID showing residence in Tarlac City or any other municipalities within the province

For Outsiders of Tarlac City coming from other provinces and regions :
– Travel Authority (issued by the PNP)
– RT-PCR swab or Antigen Test result
– Any valid government-issued ID or other pertinent documents
– Vaccination card (optional)

For Outsiders of Tarlac City coming from other provinces and regions but working in Tarlac City/ Province
– Travel Authority (issued by the PNP)
– RT-PCR swab or Antigen Test result
– Vaccination Card (if fully vaccinated, in lieu of RT-PCR/ Antigen swab test)
– Any valid government-issued ID or other pertinent documents
– Certificate of employment or company ID
