Launching of Supplemental Feeding of the Local Government Unit of Anao

The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Anao, in close partnership with the Rural Health Unit (RHU), has officially launched its Supplemental Feeding Program. Spearheaded by MNAO Ms. Maricris V. Galvan, Mayor Gian Pierre O. De Dios, Vice Mayor Concepcion C. Almazan, Municipal Health Officer Dra. Princess G. Antonio, and Committee on Health Councilor Ms. Perlita B. Cajulao, this initiative is a vital health and nutrition program aimed at combating malnutrition and promoting the well-being of children in the municipality.

This program serves as a strategic intervention to improve the nutritional status of undernourished children, particularly those from economically disadvantaged families, by providing them with regular, balanced, and nutrient-rich meals.
