Mayor Betty Badar Lacbayan attended the Field Day and Participatory Technology Demonstration at the Farm of Mr. Wilmar J. Tabile our very own Local Farmer Technician. The event was attended by the Personnel from DA – ATI Region III, Local Farmer Technician from Victoria, Camiling, San Clemente, Ramos together with their Farmers, Municipal Agriculturists from Bayan ng Nampicuan and Grade 12 Students.
