The LGU of Anao headed by Municipal Mayor Betty B. Lacbayan awarded a certificate of recognition to Mr. Joel Ingasalo from San Jose South and Mr. Josell Falcon of San Jose North for their unusual heroism and extra ordinary resourcefulness in saving and attempting to save lives in a drowning incident at Sitio Capataan during the onslaught of typhoon Inday and Josie, Punong Barangay Nestor Dela Cruz Jr and Punong Barangay Manny Lapurga received the certificates on their behalf.
