ANNOUNCEMENT MEMORANDUM NO: 22

In view of the Christmas celebration and in consideration of the necessary preparations and anticipated vacation arrangements of government workers, please be informed that government work is hereby suspended starting at 12:00 noon today, December 23, 2025.

This afternoon work suspension is granted to allow employees ample time to make necessary preparations for the Christmas celebration and to facilitate their travel and family arrangements.

Offices providing essential and frontline services, including health services, disaster risk reduction, peace and order, and other critical operations, shall continue to function and are directed to maintain a skeletal workforce to ensure uninterrupted public service.

Regular government operations shall resume on December 26, 2025.
