ANAO MEDICAL MISSION ANNOUNCEMENT

The Local Government Unit of Anao invites all interested residents to join the Medical Mission to be held at the Municipal Covered Court.

Schedule:
July 30 | 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Blood Extraction will be conducted on July 30 only.
July 31 | 9:00 AM onwards
Medical Consultation will be conducted on July 31 only.

Requirements:
8 hours of fasting
Photocopy (Xerox copy) of a valid government-issued ID only
Photocopy (Xerox copy) of a Certificate of Indigency (Do not include specific purpose)
